Each villa has its own private 10m x 12m swimming pool set in superb, manicured, tropical gardens. Each has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms & outdoor dining pavilions (set alongside the pool). These are substantial buildings each with 310 sq m of floor space and coming with fully equipped kitchens (each with 2 full size refrigerators, full size range, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, water dispenser, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans), satellite TV's, VCD's, DVD's, stereos & washing machines (personal item laundry service also available - household laundry service included). They are also furnished to the highest standards with hand cast, low fire terra cotta floor tiling (with green slate diamond pattern inserts and grey paras borders), six seater solid teak dining sets (10 seat teak & coconut dining sets in the dining bales). There is on site 24 hour security & full house management. The cook can shop and prepare meals for around US$3 per person per meal. Breakfast items are included (if requested in advance), though preparation & service are not unless paid for. There is a driver with reliable car available at reasonable rates. Each villa can easily sleep 8 adults. The elevation & river valley proximity genuinely negates the need for air conditioning (day time temperatures are around 25-28 degrees celsius, night time 16-18 degrees).
