Bali Hilton International was awarded the TUI Environmental Champion Year 2004. This award gives the hotel a place amongst the top ranking hotels as selected by TUI Germany. This award recognizes the efforts of the hotel to meet its environmental obligations which include use of environmentally friendly materials, chemicals and active recycling programs.
| The hotel also undertakes energy saving measures, community relations activities and ongoing efforts to maintain the greenery and landscaping of the hotel. The criteria for meeting this award were checked by TUI Deutschland and meet the ISO 14001 certification standard. The award is a reinforcement of the care that Bali Hilton has shown in protecting the environment.
