Villas rental rates are quoted in US Dollars on a per night basis. Check-in time is from 1 p.m., check-out by 12 noon on departure day. This schedule can be arranged to better suit your needs depending on following reservations.

Payment can be done with VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards or cash in US$, Euro, Australian $, Yen at the exchange rate on the day of payment.

c a n c e l l a t i o n s

From 6 to 3 months prior check-In date: 10% of your deposit will be kept.
From 3 to 2 months, 20%
From 2 to 1 month, 30%
From 1 month to 2 weeks, 50 %
From 2 weeks to 1 week, 75 %
less than 1 week, no refund

Bank fees will be deducted from your deposit in case of refund.
