Villas rental rates are quoted in US Dollars on a per night basis. Check-in time is from 1 p.m., check-out by 12 noon on departure day. This schedule can be arranged to better suit your needs.
Rates are net, including all tax and service charges

Your Guest Reservation Form and a 35% deposit are required to secure a booking. The remainder will be paid prior to departure.

c a n c e l l a t i o n s

From 6 to 3 months prior check-In date: 10% of your deposit will be kept.
From 3 to 2 months, 20%
From 2 to 1 month, 30%
From 1 month to 2 weeks, 50 %
From 2 weeks to 1 week, 75 %
less than 1 week, no refund

Bank fees will be deducted from your deposit in case of refund.
