| 2 | Balance paid upon arrival at Villa Teresa. |
| 3 | Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival is free of charge. |
| 4 | Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival will be accessed of 50% of total room cost. |
| 5 | Cancellation 3 days prior to arrival will be accessed of 100% of total room cost. |
